Hotel Equities - - Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance in public spaces, meeting rooms, ballrooms, outlets, back of house spaces, and grounds; Maintain rooms in optimal condition by performing repairs as needed; Troubleshoot heating/ventilation/air conditioning systems; Repair plumbing and electrical systems and maintain related equipment; Maintain and assist in the cleanliness of the work area and support other departments in emergencies
