Under the direction of the Administrator, this position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the Nursing Department of a Medicare-certified, skilled nursing facility and the provision of nursing care and services to its Veterans/Members. The role involves overseeing training and education programs for nursing personnel, determining the appropriate therapeutic, physical, and nursing care.
