MasterCorp - - Responsibilities: Lead and develop MasterCorp personnel within the assigned site to meet quality and timeliness standards and budget objectives; Monitor KPIs such as Quality, Timeliness, and Budget and drive targets with the site management team; Interview, select, onboard, and oversee training of site personnel; provide performance feedback and coaching; Coordinate communications with resort management and stakeholders; build partnerships and align with company objectives; Ensure compliance with policies, safety practices, onboarding, and employee recognition programs
