Gecko Hospitality - - Responsibilities: Assist in tracking and analyze financial metrics of the location to ensure they are meeting set standards and achieving overall profitability goals.; Assist in reviewing data such as daily sales, labor, shift notes, and other financial data.; Assist in recruiting, rewarding, and retaining top team members and cultivate management potential.; Ensure Company Policy and Procedures are understood and followed through.; Completes opening and/or closing duties.
