Cowboy Club Grille & Spirits is a family-owned, high-volume restaurant with a 30+ year history on 89A at the crossroads of Uptown Sedona.

We are currently hiring Prep Cooks. However, we value good employees and are always looking to add talent to our team. We provide competitive wages ranging from $20 to $30 per hour dependent upon position and experience, medical/dental /vision/life insurance benefits, and an employee dining program.

Duties:

• Measuring and mixing ingredients.
• Washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables.
• Trimming and cutting meat, poultry, and fish.
• Stocking, dating, rotating, and checking temperatures of products.
• Cleaning and sanitizing workstations and equipment.
• Preparing food items according to company/concept standards and maintaining food safety and sanitation while providing the highest quality of service.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule.
• Ability to stand throughout the entire shift and lift 40 lbs.
• Food Handlers Certification complying with state requirements.
