Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of all branch operations for one or more real estate offices, including Agents and office staff. Maintain strong knowledge of local real estate marketplace. Assist in the development and strategizing of leadership training for Agents and staff. Most of the Branch Manager's time and energy will be devoted to recruiting, developing, training and retaining an effective sales associate and office support team to meet objectives for profitability and growth. The Branch Manager sill work with executive sales management and affiliate business partners to carry out sales office programs, policies and objectives.
