Position: Employment Attorney- Plaintiff

Our client is a highly regarded plaintiff-side employment law firm, recognized for its cutting-edge work and named among the top 2024 class action settlement firms across three counties.

They are seeking an Employment Attorney with at least 2 years of plaintiff-side experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will handle a diverse caseload with a focus on FEHA claims and wrongful termination matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate plaintiff-side employment law cases, including FEHA and wrongful termination claims.
• Handle discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with colleagues on strategy to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of plaintiff-side employment law experience.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws (FEHA experience preferred, training available).
• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.

Salary

The annual salary for this position is between $140k $200k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
