Job Description

This role oversees the Desktop Support team within the Information Technology Services Department at NAU's Flagstaff campus. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, improving service quality, strategic planning, vendor collaboration, team development, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise the Desktop Support team.
• Manage team performance and support NAU customers to meet or exceed service levels.
• Serve as a liaison between faculty, staff, and ITS to foster IT partnerships.
• Coordinate projects involving new hardware, sites, and services.
• Manage technical support operations and supervise staff hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Ensure quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the ITS division in campus collaborations and emergency communications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-4 years of systems support experience.
