Basic Function: Responsible for planning, planting, growth, and maintenance of the Chef Garden. Working with Mii amo chef on seasonality and ideas to support culinary operation. Responsible for weekly changes of centerpieces in all restaurants, public spaces and Mii amo spa treatment rooms. Assist with producing flower arrangements as requested by guests. Assist with floral-based art programming through the Artist Cottage, including classes on floral arranging, pressed flowers, and seasonal botanical themes.

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must have knowledge of floral arranging, indoor/outdoor plants, Arizona native plants, proper pruning techniques, and experience gardening with perennial and annual flowers.Must also be able to work unobtrusively inside the guest and office areas. Some guest relations experience.
