Job Summary:
L'Auberge de Sedona is a Forbes rated resort located on the banks of Oak Creek in the majestic red rock country of Sedona, AZ.
Cress is the fine dining restaurant located on the L'Auberge resort. The PM Line Cook is responsible for preparing prie fixe and ala carte dishes. The position is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
