Position Purpose
The Creative Specialist is responsible for the production and implementation of creative and content assets across multiple platforms within Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA). Reporting directly to the Director of Creative and Content, the Creative Specialist will play a key role in developing innovative creative design and content to enhance brand awareness and further the mission of BBBSA. They will oversee relationships with external creative vendors and manage the BBBSA digital asset management platform as well as the production of specific content.
Location: United States (100% Remote)
Travel: Approximately 20%

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Years of Related Work Experience : A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Skills and Knowledge : Strong interpersonal skills; Service-oriented mindset with excellent client relations, written and verbal communications; Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, timelines and budgets within fast-paced environment while maintaining a commitment to high quality, detail-oriented work; Ability to work independently in achieving results consistently on deadline; Excellent team working skills; ability to collaborate across teams; Experience creating high quality and innovative omni-channel content; Deep knowledge of technological, media and cultural trends; Ability to manage through complex issues with various stakeholders to desired outcome.
